Some 3rd party modules for activeCollab completely invalidate and mess up the activeCollab API.  This is rare when it happens but it's something the 3rd party devs have caused in sloppy coding and will break the Coolab app (cause it not to sync, not load, etc.).  If this happens, post the issue here and I'll help you thought the issue.
